Youth and Child Visionary Ministries (YCVM) is an official Community-based Organization in Kumi, Uganda, comprised of local Christian leaders. The primary aim of YCVM is to care for orphaned children in the improverished eastern region of Uganda. In addition to basic needs, sponsored children are provided an education that gives them the means to rise above subsistence living. In order to care for the whole child and meet their physical, material, educational, social, emotional, and spiritual needs, YCVM provides on-going counseling and spiritual nurture for the sponsored children.
