Since 2002 WINNER has won-over the market by the first machine, the “Super Drill & Tapping Center”, and WINNER continues to develop a full range of Vertical Machining Center sizing from 500mm, 650mm, 850mm, 1000mm up to 1600mm for X-axis travel. WINNER’s VMCs are available for both box-way and linear guideways. All machine structures are designed for oversized column. The specially increased width on the column bottom, combined with box-way structure (4- box ways available for option), greatly upgrades rigidity and stability during heavy cutting. Extra wide slideways eliminate sticking problems at low speed moving, ensuring high stability. The spindle runs on preloaded precision angular contact ball bearings. The standard belt-drive spindle speed is 8000 RPM. For achieving higher speeds from 10,000 up to 20,000 RPM, the direct-drive spindle (optional) must be applied at client’s request. All the products have been applied to Auto Parts, Motor Car Parts, Die & Mold, Die Casting, Micro Electric Components, Medical Equipments and so on.
