Britta Crooks, MS, Therapist Serving the St. Cloud and Cold Spring Locations Britta holds a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Psychology with a Minor in Child and Family Studies from St. Cloud State University. Britta is a Qualified Neutral from the Conflict Resolution Center in Minneapolis. Qualified Neutrals assist in resolving legal disputes and relationship repair. She is a Facilitator of the Prepare/Enrich Inventory designed for the assessment and treatment of pre-marital, married, and parenting couples. Britta has experience working with parent-child relationships and adolescents. She is a strong proponent of parent involvement in communities, schools, and homes. Britta has extensively examined the relationship between the body, soul, and spirit with special attention to the effects that physical health has on the mind. With this, she is open to talking about how physical health affects the mind. Britta approaches treatment from Family Systems Theory and specifically using strategic and narrative approaches. She believes that stories should be told, that each one of them is unique and powerful; she believes there are hopeful triumphs in every story. Britta desires to create a culture of honor and joy with the individuals, couples, and families of whom she meets. She has a passion for healing hearts in her community and knows that it all starts with Jesus at the Cross.
