Broach Creek Tract 178 Acres Stewart County, GA

The 178 acre Broach Creek Tract is a diverse property offering uplands, creek bottoms, two beaver ponds, and annual income from a long-term timber lease. The pristine Broach Creek bisects the tract along with several smaller tributaries. Wildlife habitat is abundant on this small parcel. The south side of the property borders the Hannahatchee Wildlife Management Area, offering access to 5,600 acres of public land.

The Broach Creek Tract contains approximately 121 acres of upland pine plantations. These sites are a mix of older trees and younger planted pines. The open areas and forest edges provide excellent locations for hunting and wildlife viewing.

In the center of the property are two beaver ponds of about six acres combined. The seclusion of these ponds amongst thousands of acres of timberland provides ideal habitat and sanctuary for ducks and other waterfowl. The Eufaula National Wildlife Refuge, a well-known wintering area for migratory ducks, is located about 20 miles to the southwest.
