Build your dream home in Perth’s newest suburb. As one of only two new suburbs to have been created in Perth over the past five years, this is an exciting opportunity to have one of the first addresses in this extraordinary community. Set amongst the beautiful established trees and stunning native flora and fauna is a very special place called Bushmead. As you take in Bushmead’s blissful serenity, its hard to imagine that the site was an army rifle range a century ago. Many of our WA diggers trained and fired their first shot on this very site. Today, the loudest noise is the playful laughter of the neighbouring kookaburras.

AT HOME WITH BUSHMEAD
Bushmead Information Evening We were delighted to meet with future residents, builders, prospective buyers and neighbours of Bushmead at an information evening held on 1 December 2016 at Hillview Golf Club. The event gave interested parties the chance to mingle and learn more about the unique lifestyle on offer in the midst of the stunning natural environment at Bushmead. Special guest presenter and leading garden educator, Chris Ferreira from The Forever Project, spoke about the benefits of being so close to nature and the core purpose of sustainable living to protect and promote the natural and human environment. As part of his presentation, Chris discussed how
communities could be inspired and empowered to work towards a happy and prosperous future in harmony with the natural environment, by implementing meaningful and pragmatic sustainability initiatives. Following the engaging presentation, all attendees were very excited about what the future holds for Bushmead Please refer to our website for regular construction updates and future events.
Mila takes flight The winner of the helicopter flight over Bushmead, drawn at our Information Evening, is pictured here taking in the beautiful Bushmead landscape from the sky! Mila and her husband Alex, took off from Jandakot Airport on Sunday 15th January on a spectacular scenic flight over Bushmead. Congratulations Mila – we hope you enjoyed the view! Cedar Woods Property would like to thank Nick Bruining for so kindly offering his services for this incredible opportunity.
Update on construction Work is now well underway to deliver the first stage at Bushmead. The Laidlaw precinct will consist of 87 residential blocks within a beautiful natural bushland setting. Cedar Woods, in conjunction with their contractors, Georgiou Group, is committed to minimising any impact on the environment throughout construction, including the retention of trees and fauna habitat. Civil works within the Laidlaw precinct are currently scheduled for completion in April 2017.
Guest speaker, Chris Ferreira – The Forever Project.
A welcome celebration
Excitement and anticipation were in the air on 21 November 2016, as the first people to secure blocks at Bushmead met for a sundowner to celebrate their purchase and meet their future neighbours. The group, set to become the very first residents at Bushmead, gathered at the Boab Tavern in High Wycombe to enjoy an evening of live
music, drinks and nibbles hosted by Cedar Woods. To mark the occasion, purchasers were presented with a stunning limited edition framed image of the Bushmead landscape signed by the photographer. We look forward to welcoming you all to your beautiful new homes at Bushmead!
