The Role of the Holy Spirit in the Believer’s Life

We are excited that you have chosen to worship with us today. We hope that you find our fellowship warm and friendly, the message meaningful and practical, and that you encounter God in a life-transforming way. Please take a moment and fill out the Guest Card located in the seat in front of you and place it in the offering bag as it is passed. If you are a first time guest, take the card to the Welcome Counter in the foyer at the end of the service to receive a special “Thank you” gift. As our guest, we do not want you to feel obligated to participate in the offering unless you have a desire to; this is how those who call El Camino Baptist their church home support its ministries. If you have children with you, we encourage you to take advantage of our great preschool and children’s worship. This will free you and others to give full attention to worship and God’s Word — and your kid (s) will have a great time. See someone from Guest Services for assistance.

Regenerates Weekly Community Food Closet. We feed approximately 300 families per month. We are equipped to serve through volunteers who give their time and through food donations from local grocers and food banks. We need at least $100 weekly to support our Food Closet. Vacation Bible School. June 22-27 5:30—8:30 pm Our Bilingual (English/Spanish) Bible School will teach the Bible to children grades Kindergarten to 6th grade. Arden-Arcade 4th of July Parade. We are planning to distribute water to people throughout the parade route.

Great American River Clean Up. September 19th 10:00—12:00 pm. We join a group of volunteers to pick up litter along the American River. Day of Hope. November 7th 8:00—5:00 pm. We are joining with ArdenArcade area churches, businesses, community organizations, and San Juan school district at Encina High to show Christ’s love and provide practical help to the needy of our community.
