Legacy Leader Heffington Optical Heffington Optical is a strong local company providing the best optical products possible at the most reasonable cost. C-Bob started the company many years ago but it has survived through the years because of the people behind the scenes. Mark and his wife Heather, Gary and his wife Deborah, and a team of people with many years of experience are the backbone of the company. Our wives Judy, Deborah and Heather have contributed heavily and to this day are active in the business. Heather graduated from Drury and Deborah from Evangel. With four other colleges represented in our company we look for those wanting to apply their education in the workforce. Those years of education last a lifetime. They are the behind the scenes structure of a business as much as a pitching coach is to baseball. The field of competition in business is no different than what your first coach told you, “Play hard, do your best and respect others.” Our newest employee now has over two years experience working alongside a veteran staff of over sixty years experience. We value our people that make it possible to bring in a new talent and anchor them to the team. Business and athletics go hand and glove with education and hard work.

Pitching coaches are the salesmen of the game. The pitching coach works behind the scenes of action on and off the field with total team support. Coach Hagler knows and appreciates his role of developing young talent academically for Drury as well as the skills of pitching. Business needs a good pitching coach to hawk their cause and make it happen, or as Coach Stratton would say “GIT’ER DONE”.
