2. The Government of the United States of America is seeking to lease approximately 2,0 18 rentable square feet of office space and related space and seven (7) surface parking spaces located at the Pinehurst Building (NC2628) located at 2 Centerview Drive, Greensboro, North Carolina for occupancy not later than August I, 2011 for a term of 2 year/ I year firm. Rentable s pace must yield a minimum of 1,727 square feet of ANSl/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishing, and equipment. 3.
