Calico Station November/December 2014 A Note from Mary I never imagined this would be so fun and so AMAZING. We have made even more changes since the last newsletter and there are even more on the way. It has been a busy 2 months; Bling the Bra where we raised $900 for Jeannie Blaylock’s Charity, Jax QuiltFest 2014 was Phenomenal and my first Houston Market was an incredible adventure. We also kicked off our GENQ program with four amazing young ladies and are looking forward to continuing that and spreading the knowledge. I am looking forward to my first holiday season with Calico Station and all the fun we have planned in the upcoming year with all our new clubs and classes.

We’ll use the Missouri Star Company Wacky Web Template (your choice—big or small) and the accompanying template papers to make our blocks. The papers make it very easy to have accurate blocks that go together like a dream. You can use charm packs or a layer cake plus a background fabric so picking your fabrics is a breeze.
