California Spirit Elite Party Agreement
• A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid at the time of the booking. • The remaining balance is due the day of the party. • We must know how many children will be attending the Monday before the party. 12 children total are included. Each additional child is $5 (Special) $10 (Social) $15 (Soirée) • $50.00 for additional 30 minutes (12 participants). $5.00 for all additional students • All children participating in the party activities are considered part of the party. • Children under the age of 4 are not permitted to participate in the party. • EVERYONE at the party must wear athletic shoes. • We ask that all parents or spectators observe from the lobby. Parents of party guest are not allowed in the gym or on the floor. Please communicate this to your guests. • Please inform all guests they need to wear athletic clothing. No jeans or baggy clothing. Guests with long hair must have hair pulled back. ALL GUESTS MUST WEAR ATHLETIC SHOES. No Gum. • Please respect the time frame allowed for the party. In many cases we have a party immediately following and our staff members need to clean and set up for the next group. • AT NO TIME IS ANY PARENT OR ADULT PERMITTED TO USE ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT. This is not only a safety issue but our equipment is not designated for adults and is very expensive to repair /replace. This includes jumping on the cheer floors. We would really appreciate your cooperation and respect on this issue. Please take the time and effort to explain this to any adults that are attending the party. • California Spirit is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. At California Spirit, we take great care and effort in creating/maintaining a safe environment for all participants. However cheerleading is an activity in a unique environment that contains many risks. These risks include, but are not limited to: bruises, broken bones, sprains/strains, spinal cord injury and death. I hereby release and covenant not-to-sue California Spirit and any of their employees, teachers, officers and coaches from any other activities involved. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless California Spirit Elite and all others listed for any and all claims arising as a result of my engaging in activities involved with California Spirit Elite. I will be responsible for any and ALL medical expenses occurred. Please understand and EXPLAIN to all children’s parents that there are certain risks involved and that ALL rules and policies listed above (and any others explained by the instructors) must be followed at ALL time.
