Campion Marine Announces 2010 Dealer Meeting Press Release FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE June 22, 2009 - Kelowna, BC Campion Marine Inc. of Kelowna, British Columbia is pleased to announce they will be having a Dealer Conference on August 30th and 31st to introduce their 2010 model year boats and to celebrate as they enter their 36th year of boat building. Campion Marine, a family owned business, recognizes and understands our Industry is going through one of, if not the toughest markets in its past 35 year history. However, Campion strongly feels that, during these challenging times, it is most important to reach out and support its valued dealers with up to date product knowledge and developments at both Campion and our Industry. During this tough economic climate Campion has managed to add a new line of Wake and Surf tow boats, branded as SVFARA, to its already extensive line up of CHASE high performance boats, EXPLORER sporty utility boats and ALLANTE runabouts and cruisers. Brock Elliott, General Manager said “We have much to share with our dealers and prospective new dealers. Times have been tough but we have not sat idle. Because of our financial strength, cautious approach to doing business and a focused commitment to quality for so many years, we have been able to take advantage of some of the fallout from our competitors.” Brock went on to say, “Our dealer base has continued to grow nicely over the past year as we have managed to add new dealers both domestically and from around the globe. It is time to bring everyone together and get prepared for a turn around in our industry.” Campion also reports having sourced a new floor plan financier and is most anxious to have its dealers from the USA and Overseas come to meet with this Export lender.
