The primary mission of CT Elite will be to provide quality instruction to our players in the technical and tactical aspects of ice hockey. The program also includes off ice strength and flexibility training. These off-ice workouts will improve all hockey skills. We want our player’s strengths to develop so that they can win the small one-on-one battles that are critical, so we intend to tailor the workouts to each player’s maximum ability.

We have been in the hockey/training business for over 15 years. Our main objective is to teach and improve proper hockey playing and skating technique. Each player will learn to master all basic fundamentals in a controlled manner. We also want to push each player outside their comfort zone. Our philosophy is for the players to gain confidence and stronger hockey skills so that they can compete better in game situations. We believe that repetition and speed will enhance skills and proper technique. I Play and train intensive HOCKEY, under guided professional supervision of experienced coaches. We limit the amount of players in each session to allow for the best possible working conditions and work to rest ratio.
I It is not always going to be easy, but hard work always garners self-improvement and self-satisfaction. We will promote each player to develop a high level of self-motivation. It is CT Elite’s philosophy that the children have to want to improve themselves’ first.
I We encourage a fun and up tempo atmosphere with the continuing thought of absolute intensity during every drill. Our instructors are all experienced and accomplished hockey players who allow a relaxed relationship while pushing the kids to their maximum potential.
I At our camps we encourage a team philosophy and teach that it is better to achieve team goals first and foremost. Putting the group’s interest above your own and being a team player allows everyone to reach their own personal goals. TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE (TEAM). I Here at CT Elite we believe that we have created a successful formula to extract and unleash the hidden talent in each player. This demanding camp will set in motion the wheels of development and create a well rounded and more mature player.
Our Spring and Summer Camps are designed to improve each player’s basic fundamentals. The students will be broken down into small groups according to age and ability. We have designed this session to focus on all the fundamentals of ice hockey. By improving player’s fundamental skills this improves confidence. Each practice will begin with at least a thirty minutes of power skating. This will be followed by puck handling, shooting, passing and puck support.
