Candidate Qualifying Form As part of our obligations under The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, we are obliged to perform certain suitability checks on all our candidates. We are required to: check entitlement to work in the UK; check any essential qualifications required to pursue your chosen career; and to take a minimum of two references, ideally covering at least 5 years
Please could you therefore supply the following information: Entitlement to Work in the UK When you attend for a face-to-face interview, please bring with you proof of entitlement to work in the UK – ideally a current EU passport, appropriate Home Office documentation, or a tax document/payslip with your national insurance number on it.
