Cape Cod Lacrosse Goalie School Goalie school is for goalies entering grade 5 – 12. We have specialized goalie coaches who have all played at the collegiate level as well as hired shooters so our coaches can focus on working with the goalies, not shooting.

Hometown Skill Sessions Small group lessons in 4 locations, that will concentrate on the fundamental and advanced aspects of individual skills. Through proper technique and repetition, these clinics are sure to make every participant a better player.
These clinics will be offered in 4 locations: Dennis, Osterville, Plymouth & West Falmouth We will focus on the skills used in the following areas: Carrying the ball properly with and without pressure Scooping the ball in and out of traffic Throwing & Catching in the appropriate hand Shooting - Time & Space, On the Run & Close to the Goal Defensive Angles, Positioning and Footwork All drills are performed at an appropriate pace for each age group, to ensure growth and the development in these skills.
