23rd January 2018 Dear Parent/Carers, A trip has been arranged for GCSE drama students to go and see a performance of ‘DNA’ by Dennis Kelly at the REP theatre in Birmingham on Thursday 29th March. Your child is currently studying the play text DNA and will be examined on their knowledge in the upcoming exam. This opportunity will allow them to experience the play in performance, giving them a greater understanding. The cost of this trip is £21.00. Travel will be by coach and we will be leaving from school at 5.30pm and returning at approximately 9.15pm. The drama department will be meeting students at the school reception at no later than 5.15pm, in order to successfully get everyone on the coach in time. Students will need collecting from outside the school gates. If you agree to your son/daughter taking part in this visit, please could you fill in the details and sign the consent slip below and return it to school. All payments are to be made via Parent Pay.
