Carla Kendall-Bray Carla has a long list of years teaching, training and performing in the Portland, New York & Los Angeles areas. She currently owns and operates Dance Fusion Northwest and is Executive Director of The Fuse Dance Force – a local pre-professional, non-profit dance and scholarship program. With an extensive background in dance, theater, vocal performance, choreography and instruction, her favorite roles include: Ulla in ‘The Producers’; Celeste in ‘Tony & Tina’s Wedding’; Cassie/Diana/Sheila in ‘A Chorus Line’; Sister Mary Amnesia in ‘Nunsense’, Nancy in ‘Oliver’, Laurie in ‘Oklahoma’ and as a dancer/vocalist for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Choreography credits include: The Producers, Anything Goes, How To Succeed in Business, Guys & Dolls, numerous works for Dance Fusion as well as schools and studios on the west coast. As a singer, her original band, Colorfield, has shared stages with Ian Anderson, Luce, Animotion, Glen Phillips & Gin Blossoms and she has toured the West Coast with various show bands including Portland favorite, 5 Guys Named Moe. Carla’s commercial work includes: The Oregon Forestry Service, On Point, Bissell, Intel, AT & T and Nike. A huge believer in the value of Arts for children, Carla is honored to be a part of Ridgefield’s commitment to Youth Arts Month.
