Rapid growth respondi’s customer satisfaction has borne fruit. Scope for own developments respondi therefore developed its own mobile app based on the EFS platform in order to get even closer to its customers’ target groups. The mingle app has been on the market since September 2014 and offers a wide range of possible applications. It allows panel members to be contacted via smart phone when they are on the go, and can provide additional information such as a web browsing history or geolocation tracking data.
