We are delighted to inform you that even with the economic challenges, our 2017 Congress was a huge success. Total registration was at a record high. Our exhibit floor contained over 45 companies and 80 booths. Enclosed you will find the 2018 Exhibitor Prospectus containing an application/contract for exhibit space, floor plan, and rules and regulations. Booth space and sponsorships are excellent and unique opportunities to consider. As an exhibiting company, you are more than an exhibitor. The 76 Annual Convention of the Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas de Puerto Rico, Dental Congress of the Caribbean & Largest Dental Marketplace, will be conducted at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan from February 8 to 10, 2018.
The distribution of the space will be according to the order of reservation. The company RN ProEvents is the only one authorized to receive the reservation of the exhibit space. Each reservation is guaranteed with a non-refundable payment of 50 percent of the cost of the advertisement. You can pay with Master Card, Visa or checks made payable to: Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas de Puerto Rico. Full payment for exhibit space must be received on or before January 12, 2018. In the event that the payment is not received on time, the exhibitor will not be allowed to use the facilities. If the termination of the activity is caused by “Acts of God”, the CCDPR and all persons on behalf, is no longer held liable for uncontrollable natural forces in operation. Maximum of two brands per 8’X10’ exhibit space.

Due to the fact that the dimensions provided herein are estimated, we will reserve the right to make changes to the same. In the event that any change is needed, It must be requested in writing one week prior to the activity and the exhibitor will be responsible for the additional cost. Exhibitors agree to protect, save and keep the Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas de Puerto Rico the Puerto Rico Convention Center, and RN ProEvents. The same are relieved of any damage caused by any negligence of any personnel of the exhibitor or the exhibitor itself. Likewise, the exhibitor agrees to fully comply with the terms and conditions agreed between the Puerto Rico Convention Center and and/or the organizing committee.
GENERAL & SCIENTIFIC SESSION This convention will follow all regulations of the ADA CERP and the Puerto Rico Board of Dental Examiners. Time will be given in the Scientific Program to visit our sponsors.
DECORATION, ASSEMBLY AND REMITTANCE OF INFORMATION
Each exhibitor will accomplish and hand in the new requirements of the Department of the Treasury of Puerto Rico, completing the certificate for display before the convention.

PERMITS
INSURANCE It is understood that all property of the exhibitor must remain under their custody and control in transit to and from the exhibition space, and for display on the terms and conditions of CCDPR the exhibitors are encouraged to have insurance to cover damage and loss of equipment and material for display. We also recommend a public liability policy covering damages to people and property of others. The CCDPR will provide as security guard during and after exhibition hours.

OTHER PROVISIONS The exhibitor is not allowed to paint the floors, walls, pillars or other structures of Puerto Rico Convention Center. Written authorization is required to put emblems or logos on the walls of the building.

Sat, Feb 10: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm The removal of the equipment will begin on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 1:00pm. All equipment must be removed from the area at 8:00pm. Any exhibitor will not be allowed to dismantle prior to the scheduled time for security matters.
EXHIBITORS ID All staff of the exhibitors must be registered and identified with an ID provided by the organizing committee. A representative of the sponsors should show the same to be admitted to the exhibition area. Each company will have four identification cards.
The CCDPR reserves the right of the admission of the convention and may decline any displays that are considered undesirable. This restriction includes articles, behavior, dress code, printed matter or any other matter related to the display as stated. All litems not specified in this contract are subject to the discretion of The Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas de Puerto Rico.
