MINUTES TAKEN BY Vonda Cook VISITORS PRESENT Mayor Howard Anderson, Councilman Chris Murphy, Councilman David Gustin, Councilwoman Ellen Cibula, Cody Cook TOWN EMPLOYEES PRESENT Vonda Cook – Recorder CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Barry called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. Commissioners present were: Chairman Barry Miller, Commissioners Dave Rose, Gary Cook, Paul Peterson and Taras Lojik The Commission discussed changes to some of the current the zones – RA and CR. Ellen suggested they work on other things and come back to this later. The Commission discussed interior lots, road frontage and requirements for the type of road built. Dave Gustin suggested they have special assessments to upgrade roads where people are building. The Commission discussed roads, flag lots and cul de sacs. The Commission also discussed major and minor subdivisions. No votes were taken at this meeting. They plan to discuss sensitive area overlays at the next meeting. Mayor Anderson reminded them that Bob Allen from Mountainlands will be to the meeting next week. Gary made a motion to adjourn the meeting. David Rose seconded it. Motion passed unanimously. Meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
