Garnering more than 6,000 loves and comments on Houzz, we had to find out why acclaimed designer Jill Wolff chose a tin backsplash for her Breezy Brentwood remodel. Featured in LUXE Interiors, the LA Times and a variety of other notable interior design resources, Jill shares with us how tin became a staple accent piece for her homes and many other design enthusiasts. This specific installation is in the Butler’s Pantry, which connects the kitchen and the dining room. How did you find out about tin as a backsplash option? Did you consider any other materials? Many years back, I saw it in a retail installation. We wanted tin from the beginning of the project. It has always been in my wheelhouse. What has the response/feedback been like? My clients say that it is one of the most “talked about” materials in their home - friends are always commenting and asking about it. I have been an interior designer for 30 years and am always looking for new and interesting products. American Tin Ceilings is great!
