Possible Events 1. Bench Press Max reps at 165 for Varsity and 135 for JV 2. Farmers Walk Carry 100 lb dumbbells 60 yds 3. 5 Man Sled Push Push the 5 man sled 50 yds for time 4. Tire Pull Each teammate will pull a tire up a hill for time. 5. Tractor Tire Flip Each teammate will flip the tire 10 yds at a time for a total of 100 yds. 6. Medicine Ball Throw Each teammate will throw a weighted medicine ball for distance. 7. Obstacle Course Each team will run a football related obstacle course for time. 8. 1 Man Sled Relay Each teammate will drive the one man sled forty yds for time. 9. Log Carry Relay 10. Tug of War The ultimate team event of the competition. Scoring/Awards: Points will be awarded on a ranking system for each event. A team trophy will be given out to the team that scores the most cumulative points.

Central Wisconsin Lineman Challenge Philosophy -This event is an opportunity to get your lineman together in a competitive setting to help them work on improving their group chemistry. This competition is a one day event for offensive and defensive lineman to compete in team oriented events. Events will test strength, speed, agility and each team’s ability to work together.

______________________(participant) has my permission to participate in the Central Wisconsin Lineman Challenge, with the understanding that neither Nekoosa High School or the Nekoosa High School Football Team will be held liable for any injuries occurred by my child while at the competition. I also, certify my child has medical physical records up to date and is medically cleared and able to participate as they are required to play football. If injury does occur I give permission to the event staff to seek medical treatment as necessary. I will be responsible for any costs associated with such medical treatment.
