Donating memorabilia (e.g., jerseys, hats, T-shirts, autographed footballs or basketballs) to any organization/ event/ activity that involves/ benefits prospect-aged individuals (9th-12th grade and junior college students).

Participating in any event in which a donation will be provided to a high school, prep school or two-year college.
•
Providing any financial contributions to a high school athletics program by participating in a fundraising event.
By signing below, you attest that you have read and understand the previously mentioned NCAA rules regarding impermissible fundraising activities. Furthermore, you agree to follow all guidelines set forth by NCAA rules and not allow any benefits to be given to anyone considered a prospect by NCAA definition. (Bylaw 13.02.12) CONTACT SIGNATURE

Charitable Donation Request Policies
The Southeastern Athletics Department will fulfill requests for charitable donation when possible. Please allow at least two weeks to process your request. NOTE: Submitting a request form does not guarantee a donation.
NCAA Compliance Rules
Due to NCAA regulations, we are unable to fulfill requests that would benefit students in grades 9-12. Proceeds or actual items may NOT be provided to a high school, preparatory school or 2-year college for any reason. This includes elementary and middle schools that are financially tied and/or associated with a high school.
Tickets Charitable donation form must be completed and approved by Director of Compliance. Tickets will be provided for Southeastern athletics events at the discretion of the Southeastern Ticket Office. Ticket donations are subject to availability and a pre-determined number of tickets designated for donation requests. Tickets will be provided in the form of gift certificates or vouchers.
Memorabilia
Charitable donation form must be completed and approved by Compliance.
STUDENT ATHLETE AUTOGRAPHS – Requests for student-athlete autographs will not be honored. Due to time commitment as well as NCAA rules regarding this topic, we cannot process requests for student-athlete autographs.
