Campaign Consultation. b. Sale Method recommendation. c. All open homes, negotiations and solicitor liaison. d. Coordination of all sale facets. 2. Database marketing to entire database for your property. 3. All Ray White portals (raywhite.com and raywhitebalgowlah.com) including China based marketing portals. 4. Relocation finance health check 5. Property stylist Total Value in excess of $40,000. Not Included Third party suppliers for marketing of the property. This includes any marketing and promotion via online portals, newspaper and local area marketing.
