[email protected] To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self To place your ideas, your dreams, before a crowd is to risk their loss To love is to risk not being loved in return
To live is to risk dying To hope is to risk despair To try is to risk failure
But risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing and is nothing They may avoid suffering and sorrow but they cannot learn, feel, change, grow, love or live
Charmed by their attitudes they are a slave, they have forfeited their freedom ONLY A PERSON WHO RISKS IS FREE

Wednesday Night Summer C amp
On Wednesday evenings during the summer we will be playing games, doing devotionals and generally enjoying the summer! This program is for high school and college students and is designed to get to know one another better. It will begin at 6:45 p.m. and end at 8 p.m. Make sure to bring your friends and to wear appropriate clothes and shoes to play outdoor sports. No flip-flops!
Summer Sunday Auditorium Class
Jerry Brewster will be teaching an adult Bible class entitled “Understanding the Will of God in My Life in a Crazed World That Borders on Maniacal.” Come hear what 9th century spokesmen for God (Obadiah, Joel, and Jonah) have to say about unscriptural, immoral, and politically corrupt nations.
Summer Camp Week of 6/14 thru 6/20
if you are 9 years old through high school you’ll want to check out Weeki Wachee Christian Camp for a week of fun-filled summer camp. If interested in attending, go to the website: http://www.pinellasparkcoc.org or contact Christina Perricone.
Baby Shower and Brunch to Honor Simisi & Adri Odu and Their Baby Boy
There will be a baby shower and brunch on Saturday, June 13th at 10:30 a.m. to honor Simisi and Adri Odu in the coming birth of their first child—a baby boy! They are registered at Target and Babies ‘R’ Us. Please bring a brunch dish to share and come join in celebrating joy with this young family.
Food for the Homeless
We will be collecting items in June for the to-go bags taken by the PB&J Group each Monday to the homeless. About 150 to-go bags are prepared and given out each week, containing two peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, fruit cup, cereal bar and dessert item. If possible, let’s bring some items in each week. The things we need to bring in are: peanut butter, jelly, cereal or fiber bars, fruit cups and cookies. There’s a box in the foyer for you to put them in.
