THE PARENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THEIR CHILD’S UNIFORM PER THIS PRICE SHEET. All together, it is important to
understand this is a separate financial obligation from registration. (See also registration materials provided to you when you registered your child). In addition, you will be required to sign a CHEER UNIFORM FITTING & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM which indicates your uniform financial responsibility and to sign off on your daughter’s personal measurements for all uniform fitting. Once we have placed the uniform order, should your daughter quit for any reason, you are financially responsible for this cost.
UNIFORM FITTING SCHEDULE – SATURDAY – JUNE 25, 2016
All cheerleaders will be required to attend the Uniform Fitting Day as scheduled. Returning cheerleaders must bring all Basic Uniforms (Vest, Skirt, Body Liner, Briefs, jacket & Pant) PLUS 2-Piece Camp Uniform for a fitting review. The New Cheerleader Spirit Pack & Returnee Package Fee must be paid in full on this date (June 25, 2016). We offer a 3-MONTH UNIFORM PAYMENT PLAN (does not include Spirit Pack). HOWEVER, YOU MUST ENSURE YOUR PAYMENTS ARE ON TIME AS SCHEDULED BELOW, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 10% LATE FEE. This payment plan coincides with our payment to the uniform company. If you are late, we will be late, and this could jeopardize the delivery time of our cheer uniforms in a timely manner. Please remember your late payment will affect everyone.
