CHEERLEADING CONDUCT AGREEMENT I understand and agree that the following rules exist to provide a fun, safe, and successful cheer experience for all participants. These rules apply to both practice and game time. *I agree to attend all scheduled practices and games. If I cannot attend a practice or game, due to a family emergency or illness, I will notify my coach as soon as possible. *All hair must be in a ponytail, including bangs pinned back away from face, during practice and games. *Absolutely no gum. *No cheerleader may wear any jewelry of any kind during practice or at games. *No use of cell phones during games, or practices. *No eating while cheering, at both games and practices. *All cheerleaders are expected to arrive on time for all practices and games. Tardiness will result in not being able to cheer during game day half time routine. As a member of GYFA, I understand it is my responsibility to listen to and obey the directions given by the coaches of my team. If the coaching staff has a problem with my behavior during practice or in a game the following guidelines will be used to help in controlling my conduct. 1st offense - The head coach will give me a verbal warning. 2nd offense - My parents, the coach, and President or Vice-President of the league will be called to discuss the problem. 3rd offense - I will be suspended for 1 game. 4th offense - I will no longer be a part of the team for the remainder of the year. _______________________________ Player ________________________________ Date
