Chelmsford Youth Soccer Association – Labor Day Launch Tournament Coach, Thank you for registering for the Labor Day Launch Tournament. Your initial fee has been received. Here is some additional useful information. SCHEDULE:  The tournament will be held on Monday September 05, 2016  The first game will begin at 9am, the last game will begin at 5pm.  The game schedule is released and can be found on the Launch webpage: https://bsbproduction.s3.amazonaws.com/portals/865/docs/launch/cysa_launch-2016_game-schedule.pdf 

All games will be held at South Row School in Chelmsford. (250 Boston Rd, Chelmsford MA 01824)

CHECK-IN  You must check your team in at least 30 minutes prior to your first game.  All players must report to the registration tent dressed and ready for inspection.  The coach shall submit the final roster with signed medical releases to the registrar. (forms are available at http://www.chelmsfordyouthsoccer.com/Default.aspx?tabid=270545)  At registration the coach shall pay the remaining fee of $25 per player for any players over the minimum roster deposit. GAME FORMAT  It is important that your team is on the designated field ready to play at scheduled game times as all game clocks begin promptly on the hour.  Games consist of two 25-minute halves with a 3 minute half time and 7 minutes between games so there will be no time for warming up on the field.  The Field Manager shall blow an airhorn on the hour to signify the official clock start and at 53 minutes past each hour to signify the end of ALL games. On field referees shall manage half time whistles.  The first team listed for each game is the “Home” team and is responsible for game ball and player pinnies in the event of a uniform color conflict. T-SHIRTS  The Launch is unique as ALL players are provided a free tournament t-shirt.  Each team will have a bag of shirts with a variety of sizes available for pickup from the registration tent beginning at 12 noon.  There will be extra t-shirts available at the registration to swap sizes, or purchase additional shirts on a first come, first serve basis. OTHER INFO  As at all tournaments, parking is tight. Please allow sufficient time prior to checking in. We encourage carpooling if possible.  There will be a designated area for team tents, etc.  The tournament will have a full concession stand with breakfast, lunch, and snack options available.
