Christian Ministers Association

July 13, 2016 Dear member, Once again we are pleased to bring you this year’s annual conference information. It is our desire for you that our time together will provide you with an opportunity to both develop a deeper relationship with the Father and with one another. You will find in this mail out the information for our annual gathering in October. Our Special guests this year are both a real treat. As our main session speakers we are delighted to have with us both Marc Dupont and Ron Kuykendall. Marc Dupont, from San Diego, may be a familiar name to some. He is a gifted and known prophetic voice in the nations. Marc and I had an amazing connection just a month ago during a brief ride to the airport. I sensed immediately that we were going to do something together. Now is that time. Bishop Ron Kuykendall is from Gainesville Florida. I was introduced to Ron by one of our Exec team members, Samuel Emerson. Ron carries a heart for the bride of Christ in a most wonderful way. As myself, Samuel and Ron had lunch one afternoon, we chatted much about the need for a “True not New” context of Historical, Biblical, Spirit filled leaders and churches. I am excited and filled with a great anticipation of our time together with these great leaders. As an executive, our heart and desire is to facilitate as well as possible the ministry and calling of the membership. To do this in a fiscally responsible manner, the executive has come to the decision that a small increase in membership dues is in order. This increase is now reflected in all of our communications. This decision came with much deliberation and thought. Presently, we now serve over 500 National members. Over the past few years the CMA has grown rather rapidly. This is a wonderful indication of the need and service we offer to our membership. Many members have voiced their deep appreciation for the CMA and its welcoming relational sound. The executive has in this increase expressed its desire to better serve its growing number of friends and colleagues.

As a member, your annual membership fee has traditionally born the cost of administering the annual conference as well as the day-to-day operations of the association. It was the desire of the executive that the cost of the conference not comes out of the daily operating budget. It was also our desire to use the membership fees to further bless and strengthen the members during the year, not just at conference. As a result the decision was made to increase membership dues to $150 per year from the previous $100. This fee will now cover the day-to-day budget at CMA as well as the full conference administration costs. Full registration is now covered for all members and also includes the conference breakfast. As the cost of the conference grows larger each year due to increase in facilities and the exchange on the dollar, it was determined that dues would be raised rather than a separate conference fee for attendees only. (Last membership fee increase was 2011) According to our bylaws, your membership only requires you to be in attendance once every three years. Although this is the minimum requirement, we do encourage attendance each year. Your attendance not only encourages those new to the fellowship, but also strengthens possible new relationships and a wider connectedness amount us. A brief reminder that membership fees are due each Sept 1st as our year-end is Aug 31. Some members have fallen behind on making sure their fees are paid promptly each year. Membership in good standing refers to fully paid fees as well as conference attendance once every 3 calendar years. Payments may be made by cheque or Pay Pal on our website. If you have any questions regarding this letter, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or by chatting with myself or one of the executive team members at the gathering this year. It is our great desire that you are able to join us at this year’s National gathering. You will find all registration information on the newly designed web site at canadacma.org

Deepest blessings, On behalf of the CMA Executive,

STEVE SCHROEDER President CMA Canada
