During this time she has been ICT Coordinator, Physical Education teacher, Learning Enrichment teacher, Work Place Health and Safety Officer, ICT teacher, first aid officer, and filing in when supply teachers are unavailable and providing APRE release time. Her generosity and willingness to shoulder the burden of juggling a number of roles is commendable. Chris is always willing to step in and assist whenever there is a need. She will always be the first to pick up an extra duty or assist in classrooms when necessary. She assists teachers by locating resources and setting up My Classes pages. She has sourced and had her husband make special slanted boards to assist children with physical impairments with their writing. She will give up her break time to supervise or observe certain children in social situations. She often comes to the school during her days off to give consistency to school to students who need help. Christine is always an advocate for the best outcome for our students. She will always try to find ways to support students and teachers in any way she can. Christine is also the embodiment of what we hope our children will become in the future, demonstrating a strong faith, dedication to both her family and work and a strong belief in service. She is an active member of our local SES and does an excellent job of dedicating herself successfully to all. Christine is the type of teacher that every parent would love their child to have: fair, reliable, dedicated, resourceful, caring and generous.
