CHRISTMAS ARRANGEMENTS - RECEPTION, YEAR 1, YEAR 2 Here is a list of the dates and special events in school at the end of term.
NURSERY and RECEPTION CONCERT - CHRISTMAS NATIVITY Thursday 8th December 9.30 a.m. YEAR 1 CONCERT - CHRISTMAS SINGING CONCERT Monday 12th December 2.30 p.m. YEAR 2 CONCERT - BETHLEHEM’S BUZZING Monday 5th December 2.30 p.m. Tuesday 6th December 10.30 a.m. CHRISTMAS PARTY - Wednesday 14th December - afternoon session Children may bring suitable party clothes to change into. ( No high heeled shoes, crop tops, etc. as games will be played ). We would be grateful for the following contributions of party food. Please send alternative if unable to provide the item listed. Reception Classes - Please see the Food List on the door and sign up. YEAR 1 - 1C – Drinks (non fizzy). 1 R – Crisps and Snacks. 1 S - Plastic cups and plates. YEAR 2 - 2 B - Biscuits, Chocolate e.g. mini bars. 2 M - Savouries e.g. mini samosas, sausage rolls. 2 C – Cakes. *Please send any vegetarian options in a labelled container. If your child has an allergy or you are concerned about the food they eat please supply your child with their own labelled plate of food. We would like two or three parents to help with each class. Please see your child’s class teacher if you are able to help. Sorry, you can not bring toddlers with you. Please see your child’s class teacher if you have any other queries.
CHRISTMAS POST BOX There will be a School Christmas Post Box available from Monday 28th November 2016 in the school main entrance area for children to post cards to their Ryvers school friends.
END OF TERM Tuesday 20th December 2016. Children may bring in a toy or board game to play with (named please) and taking care of it will be their own responsibility. (No gameboy or electronic computer type equipment). Yours sincerely
