Smoked salmon bruschetta with lemony ricotta and fresh dill.
DUCK & CHICKEN LIVER PÂTÉ
Smooth herby pâté with toast, spiced pear chutney, aged Pecorino and herb oil.
Fresh pasta parcels filled with aubergine in a butter and thyme sauce. Finished with basil pesto, rocket and Parmesan.
RISOTTO ZUCCA (GF)
A creamy sage and rosemary risotto with roasted squash, toasted pine nuts, spinach and Galbani Dolcelatte ®. Topped with crispy pancetta.
WHOLE ROAST SEA BREAM (GF)
Oven baked with thyme, fennel and tomatoes. Served in a white wine sauce with salsa verde and rosemary potatoes.
SLOW COOKED DUCK LEG (GF)
Roasted in goose fat until crisp and drizzled with Christmas spiced gremolata. Served with rosemary potatoes and kale.
