Chromebook Purchase for 2016-17 Academic Year Please check the box that describes how you wish to provide a Chromebook/laptop for your student.
Family outright purchase (One time upfront payment directly to CDI) Pay over time: $76 per year for 4 years (M4) or $94/year for 4 years(CMT) School retains all ownership of machine until final payment If you choose this option please complete Financial Responsibility Form Student will use a laptop/Chromebook that the family already owns Computer must be checked and cleared by tech department Computer subject to same school rules as all others Student/family responsible for any needed software Student/family responsible for any needed repairs District not responsible for any loss/damage The district will provide (as best possible) a device for students to use while at school. These systems will not leave school property.
