38 South Street Proposed Zone Change From MSRD-2 to MSRD-1
As directed, the Planning Board held a Public Hearing on a proposed zone change for 38 South Street to change its zoning from MSRD-2 to MSRD-1. The proposed change was initiated by the City Council on behalf of former City Councilor Bob Mills. The rationale was to support the renovation of the existing structure by allowing increased density on the parcel. The Planning Board held the Public Hearing on June 7, 2017 and unanimously recommended the Ordinance Amendments to pass at the City Council. Please let me know if you have any questions about this item before the June 20, 2017 Council meeting. Cc:
