A permit is obtained by making application with the Chief of Police. The permit requires a payment of ten dollars ($10.00) fee and is valid for one (1) fourteen hour period between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. A permit cannot be issued for the same location more than twice during any thirty day period. Payment must be made at the cashier’s office located at the Friendswood City Hall, 910 S. Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, TX 77546.
