Use Overview Clax Laundry Rust Reclaim effectively removes rust stains along with the buildup of iron and other minerals. Reclaims up to 60 pounds of reject linen. This proven reclaim process reduces linen replacement costs and improves overall cost-efficiency. Complete reclaim process might require Reclaim Color, Reclaim White, Reclaim Emulsifier and Reclaim Rust, depending on the type of stains. ®
Use Directions Up to 60 lbs. Washer to Reclaim Linen: Programmable Washer Extractors: • Start high temperature reclaim wash program. • Dose full content of pouch of rust reclaim in the washer. CAUTION: Do not add any other chemicals! • Wash for 20 minutes in hot water, then rinse 4 times. • Allow machine to run full wash cycle. • After the reclaim cycle, linen should go through a regular short cycle, like a new linen or blankets cycle. Fixed Timer Washer Extractors: • Select wash cycle with the longest wash bath without flushes. • The rest of the steps will be the same as on the Programmable Washer Extractors.
