– Estimated Cost $500,000 • PSTA to manage design and construction • PSTA responsible for maintenance of all hardscape • City contribution up to $250,000, PLUS: – Install queue jump for buses – Purchase, installation, and maintenance of landscaping – Expedited permitting, supplemental maintenance, law enforcement, and assistance in storm event 10
