Art Club

Further Information:​ Art Ambassadors will help to develop specific skills and techniques to aid your creativity.

Art Drop-in

Buddy Club

Open to:​ Year 7 Venue:​ Drama Studio Time:​ Tuesday lunchtime

Further Information:​ This is run by Y9 Buddies and is open to all Year 7 students. Come along to make new friends, play games and have fun. You will also have the opportunity to meet with the buddies and to ask any questions that you may have.

Carnegie Book Shadowing

Open to:​ All years Venue:​ Library Time:​ Lunchtime on the last Friday of the month Further Information:​ Come along to discuss the Carnegie Book Award books. CAVE ​

(Computer Animation and Visual Effects)

Open to:​ All years Venue:​ T1 Time:​ Thursday lunchtime

Further Information:​ We will be making 2D and 3D Computer Animation short movies and enhancing photographs and artwork using computers. We will learn about film techniques as they apply to computing.

Christian Union

Feminism Society

Global Awareness

Further Information:​ Run by Sixth Form students, we aim to create awareness about and celebrate a variety of cultures in school and provide a stable foundation upon which the acceptance and acknowledgement of all ethnic and racial backgrounds can stand.

Homework After School

Further Information:​ If you struggle to find a quiet space to work at home or if you just want to get homework done straight after school, come along and complete your homework here! Computers are available.

Further Information:​ A Student Ambassador will be available to assist anyone who needs a little help with homework. Unlike the after school club, assistance is available. As exams approach revision tips will be shared.

Photography Club

Further Information:​ Come and learn the Dark Arts!!!! Come along for a taster of traditional and digital photography, led by our Subject Ambassadors. You should bring a camera if you have one.

Racing Car

Further Information:​ We are designing and building an electric powered racing car under the Greenpower Formula 24 racing scheme. Come along and get involved.

Rampaging Chariots

Open to:​ Years 8, 9 & 12 Venue:​ TC6 Time:​ Tuesday lunchtime

Further Information:​ Students build a wireless controlled robot, modify the design and compete against other schools with their machine in the summer. How to join: ​Year 8 team for 2017 is required. Spaces are available for 8 members - see Mr Potkin in person. Year 9 and 12 teams are currently full. Staff contact: ​Mr Potkin

Science Club

Open to:​ Years 7, 8 & 9 Venue:​ S15 Time:​ Friday lunchtime

Further Information:​ The KS3 Science Ambassadors will be organising exciting experiments, full of whizzes and bangs that you won’t get the chance to do in lessons.
