Introduction AeroSys, Inc. is owned, managed and operated by a team with decades of experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. AeroSys, Inc. is an independent equipment manufacturer, an EPA Certified Refrigerant Reclaimer and is DOT approved to re-qualify recovery cylinders. AeroSys, Inc. is comprised of two divisions: Air Conditioning Equipment Manufacturing, and Refrigerant Reclaim Services.

Refrigerant Reclamation Services AeroSys is an EPA approved Certified Refrigerant Reclaimer under 40 CFR 82.164. AeroSys provides refrigerant reclamation and recertification services exclusively to HVAC wholesalers, and markets certified (ARI-700 ) reclaimed refrigerants under the AeroPure brand of refrigerant through our HVAC wholesale customers. AeroSys is also approved by the DOT for re-qualification of refrigerant cylinders under Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, 49 CFR. We test, repair, repaint and re-certify refrigerant cylinders from 15# tanks up to 250# tanks.

CeilMateTM Applications These systems are designed for commercial IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) applications where cooling, heating, humidifying, dehumidifying, ventilating and air conditioning solutions are required. CeilMateTM systems are ceiling mounted air conditioners, designed for reliable 24/7 operation. Standard Features Refrigeration System

Cabinet The CeilMateTM is manufactured from aluminum for light weight, corrosion resistance and asthetics. The cabinet is structurally reinforced throughout to provide a stable and secure platform for the air conditioning components.

The unit’s evaporator section is insulated with high density, 2 lb/ft 2 thermal and acoustical insulation and sealed with self-extinguishing gasket material. Panels are fastened with quick release hardware to simplify internal access.

The CeilMateTM system includes all necessary components for safe and reliable operation. Easily accessible components include: thermal expansion valve, sight glass with moisture indicator, high and low pressure safety switches, refrigeration service access ports, and refrigerant drier/strainer. Self-contained air cooled, water and glycol cooled units are evacuated and shipped with a full refrigerant charge. Split systems include a refrigerant pump-down solenoid to prevent liquid slugging. Units are evacuated and charged with dry nitrogen.

A-Frame Coil The unit has a large face area coil to increase cooling efficiency and reduce power consumption. The copper tube, aluminum fin coil is mounted in a stainless steel condensate pan; a condensate safety switch guards against condensate overflow. Blower and Blower Motor The CeilMateTM incorporates a three speed direct drive blower motor in a draw-thru configuration for even air distribution across the coil . The large blower runs at a low rpm to minimize air noise and motor horse power consumption. The blower assembly is mounted to an internal chamber to further reduce noise levels. Electrical System The unit has a Class 2, 24VAC control circuit, all necessary contactors, fuses and/or circuit breakers for full operation. 24 VAC field connections and high voltage connections are provided through separate termination blocks in the electric box.

Compressor All D.X. systems, 1-1/2 ton and larger (CM18 thru CM-36) incorporate scroll compressors for high reliability, high efficiency and low noise. CM-12, one refrigerant ton, systems include the latest generation in reciprocating compressors. Compressors are mounted on vibration isolators to minimize noise transmission to the cabinet. Chilled Water Units Chilled water CeilMateTM systems are completely piped, wired and factory tested. Units include a 24 volt motorized zone valve for chilled water control. Water Regulating Valves All Water and Glycol cooled systems are delivered with factory installed, tested and adjusted 2-way water regulating valves, rated for 150 psi w.w.p, to maintain proper refrigerant head pressure.

Optional Features Ducted System The system is available in three air patterns: ducted return and supply, ducted return and “free” air discharge, or “free” return and ducted discharge. “Free” air is through the bottom of the unit the supply or return air pattern.

Ultra Violet Sterilization Light The unit incorporates a high intensity UV light to sterilize the air passing through the coil. As airborne mold bacteria are exposed to the UV light they are killed, preventing them from depositing active contaminants on the coil surface, the condensate pan and other internal surfaces. As the air is changed several times in the conditioned room, the contaminants are constantly being reduced in number.

Optional Features CeilStat I

Electrode Canister Humidifier Integrated with the CeilStat, the humidifier provides humidification to your facility. An optional electrode canister is available providing state-of-the-art humidity control. The humidifier senses cylinder current draw, automatically flushing and filling the cylinder to control the mineral content of the water and humidity output The output is field adjustable from 1 to 5 lbs/hr. A “Change Cylinder” light alerts service personel when the humidifier output requires service. Electric Heat/Reheat Electric reheat is designed to offset the cooling effect of the dehumidification cycle; electric heat provides resistance heat regardless of the dehumidification cycle. The unit incorporates a factory installed, wired and tested nichrome wire heater. The heater has low voltage thermal safety cutouts, one pilot duty automatic resettable and a second power line fuselink (overtemperature) safety device for each bank of heat.

Electronic Thermostat/Humidistat The CeilStat I temperature and humidity controller incorporates temperature and humidity control in an attractive, wall mounted unit. This line powered, backlit system incorporates several salient features: * Manual override * 7 day programming * Programmable Fan * Adjustable Differential * Compressor Short Cycle Protection * Air Filter Monitor * 4 Hour reserve for settings * Status Indicators * Humidification in heat or air circulation modes * Hidden Service Level * Condensation Control CeilStat II Internet Accessible Thermostat/Humidistat The CeilStat II temperature and humidity controller incorporates temperature and humidity control in an attractive, wall mounted unit. This line powered, backlit system incorporates several salient features:

Condensate Pump options: External: The condensate pump is factory mounted, wired and integrated into the moisture removal system of the unit. In the event the condensate pump can not remove the water fast enough, an emergency shut-off switch locks out the compressor and humidifier until the condensate pump has emptied its sump. Internal: The condensate pump is factory mounted in the stainless steel condensate pan, wired and integrated into the moisture removal system of the unit. High Pressure Glycol/Water Systems Water cooled systems are available with factory installed, tested and adjusted 2way water regulating valves, rated for 350 psi w.w.p, to maintain proper refrigerant head pressure. 500 psi valves are also available.
