Trip codes shown under “WEEK #” include the year, area, and week number. For example: 2010-CA03 is in the year 2010, in the Cariboos, on the third week of the season.

Your trip price also includes the guaranteed vertical metres listed below. Note: CMH calculates these metres based on actual skiing or snowboarding. We don’t charge for “vertical lift” such as to and from the skiing. Additional vertical above the guarantee is charged at a rate of $105 per 1,000 vertical metres (3,280 vertical feet). Heli-Skiers/ Boarders are not charged for extra vertical unless they actually ski, which eliminates pressure on individuals to continue skiing with their group.

Other codes following the week denote: On Hold Indicates the week is presently on hold and will be opened as demand warrants. Nostalgia Week This week will be hosted by CMH President, Walter Bruns. Family Weeks These weeks are designed for Heli-Skiing parents and their children. Parents are expected to ski with their kids, but when the kids get tired and return to the lodge, Mom and Dad can stay out to ski as long as possible. Flex Week This week is designed to give maximum flexibility with the option for 2, 3, 5 or 8 days of skiing. Transportation is included on the 8-day trip. For shorter trips we can assist with arranging transportation, but the cost is not included in the trip price.

Seven-day Powder Introduction and Powder Masters weeks provide 30,500 metres (100,000 feet) of skiing, of which 21,500 metres (70,000 feet) are guaranteed. The 5-day trips provide 21,780 metres (71,000 feet) of which 15,250 metres (49,700 feet) are guaranteed.

Pay As You Play Indicates weeks where the Pay As You Play program is offered: your initial cost covers accommodation, meals and services. Beyond that, you only pay for what YOU choose to ski — as much or as little as you want, and as conditions allow for. Trips come with no guaranteed footage, and you will be charged to ski 1

a rate of $145/1,000 metres (3,280 vertical feet). Please note: Generally, there will be several opportunities to return to the lodge throughout the day when the helicopter needs fuel, but we cannot offer skiers the option to fly out after EVERY run; otherwise we could not accommodate those skiers who wish to continue skiing throughout the day.

Summary of Trip Feature Nostalgia Week Bugaboo Lodge

Please Note: Once a CMH space is booked and money is credited to that booking, the money becomes fully non-refundable. When a guest cancels that booking all the money becomes fully non-refundable. Those funds are deemed to be cancellation fees at the time of the cancellation. Those cancellation fees can be converted into a credit solely for skiing or hiking on another trip in the calendar year. That means that the money can be applied to a less expensive trip and used towards the price of the trip only. Any unused credit can be used towards another space in the calendar year or it will be taken as cancellation fees. The credit can also be moved to a more expensive trip in the calendar year, and any difference in price will be paid by the guest. The credit can not be used for extra metres, shop, bar, massage or future deposits, nor can it be returned as cash. The credit can only be used for the person with the booking, but that person can assign the credit, in writing, to another skier who is making a new booking with CMH. The credit cannot be assigned to any existing booking.
