Colonial Market & Fair Artisan Application September 19 & 20, 2015 Application Requirements: In addition to this competed form, please submit the following by June 1, 2015: 1. Pictures of your display and tent set-up. 2. Pictures of products that represent your product line. 3. A sample of your product (for new applicants only) If you participated in Mount Vernon’s 2014 event, a physical sample is not necessary. If your product is too large to ship, please contact the Office of Events and Protocol at 703-799-8605. Please note that sample products will be returned by special request only.
Application & Registration Fees: Application Fee: $30.00 (Due by June 1, 2015, with completed application) Registration Fee: $170.00 (Due by July 13, 2015, if selected for the Colonial Market & Fair) Application and Registration Fees are non-refundable. Please make checks payable to MVLA.

Participation Agreement: Mount Vernon’s Colonial Market & Fair is held on private property owned by the Mount Vernon Ladies’ Association of the Union. The Artisan and his or her representatives agree to abide by all Association regulations while on the premises. The Association reserves the right to refuse or stop an Artisan’s participation in the Colonial Market & Fair at any time, without penalty to the Association. The Artisan and his or her representatives shall indemnify, defend and hold the Mount Vernon Ladies’ Association and its officers, directors, guests, employees and agents harmless from and against all demands, claims, damages, and expenses related to the Artisan’s participation in Mount Vernon’s Colonial Market & Fair, including, but not limited to the Artisan’s presentation, display, or goods produced and/or sold. Mount Vernon may photograph, quote, or in other ways document the Artisan and the Artisan’s representatives, products, and display, for use by the Association.
