PLAYING RULES: 1. Games shall be played under official PONY Baseball Rules and Regulations, subject to the local rules defined in this document.

9. Time Limit:

No new inning shall start after two (2) hours. Extra innings are allowed to break ties only if those extra innings begin within the time limit (subject to local curfews)> Otherwise, the game shall be declared a tie, with each team receiving one-half win and one-half loss. lf there are local curfews the umpire shall be advised and if, in his/her opinion the inning cannot be completed before the curfew, he shall not allow the inning to start, regardless of the time limit. The game shall be over and any tie shall stand. Fall ball only has a two (2) hour drop dead time.
10. Ejections:
Any player, manager, coach or spectator ejected from the game shall also be suspended for the game immediately following. The umpire shall submit a written report to the IECPB chairman with in forty eight (48) hours of the incident. Ejections shall be reported with score from the game and will be forwarded to the offending party's League for further disciplinary action. 11. Protests:
All protests shall be made in accordance with official PONY Rules and regulations and shall be delivered, in writing, to the IECPB chairperson within the specified time period. IECPB shall form a decisions committee composed of one (1) representative from each participating league. That representative may be the League President or the Division Director/Player Agent for the league, but cannot be a coach or manager in the IECPB. A minimum of three (3) representatives must be involved in rendering any decision. 12. Foffeits:

Any team that cannot play a game as scheduled must notify the opposing team no later than fortv-eiqht (48) hours before game time, otherwise the game shall be forfeit. Each team shall provide to the IEGPB chairperson two (2) checks, along with one (1) selt addressed stamped envelope (SASE), to cover umpire fees: $50.00 for one-man game and $90.00 for a two-man game. ln the event of a forfeit, one of the checks will be sent to the league that was not notified in time. Two (2) forfeits shall disqualify the team from further games. At the end of the season, the checks shall be returned in the SASE provided the team did not forfeit any games. Any teams that forfeits out of a season may be allowed to play the next season if and only if: . so approved by IEGPB member league representatives. . After posting a performance bond of at least $300.00. Should the team forget out again, that money shall be used to reimburse leagues umpire fees incurred from the forfeits.
Scores and Standings: . The home team shall keep the official book which shall be used as the official record of the game.

The winning team shall report the scores to an appointed individual who shall keep the standings. The team with the best record at the end of the season shall be declared the IECPB Division Champion. IECPB may also elect to hold a post-season tournament using final season standings for seeding. The format of the tournament shall be established prior to the start of the season and include all teams.
