Columbarium Memory Plaques Millbrook United Methodist Church is pleased to announce the opening of its Memorial Wall on the north wall of the Pryor Bradford Christian Ministry Center directly across from the Columbarium. A Memory Plaque is a meaningful way to remember loved ones who might be interred off the church grounds. Plaques on the Memorial Wall are restricted to names of persons meeting the following criteria:

Former members of Millbrook United Methodist Church and their spouses;

Parents of individuals whose ashes are interred in the Columbarium or of individuals who are qualified to purchase a niche;

Lineal descendents (natural, adopted, foster or step), and their spouses, of individuals whose ashes are interred in the Columbarium or of individuals who are qualified to purchase a niche;
♦
Non-members of the church who have regularly attended Millbrook United Methodist Church functions and regularly participated in its activities;
♦
Current or former employees of Millbrook United Methodist Church who have been or were employed by the Church for a period of not less than three years, and their spouses;
♦
Ordained ministers, and their spouses, who are serving or have previously served Millbrook United Methodist Church;
♦
Only names of humans may be placed on a Memory Plaque.
