AWARDS (IMPORTANT INFO):

MOST HEROIC

The Most Heroic Jersey will be awarded to the rider who most exhibits important values such as service to the team, excellence in performance and overall class and integrity in the performance of the race. This award will be selected by the race announcers. The rider selected will be required to participate in Saturday’s and Sunday’s award ceremonies and wear the jersey or a special roll-up prior to the start of the race (but doesn’t have to wear the jersey during the race, though they are encouraged to). This jersey is awarded on both days, and is accompanied by a $500 cash award each day ($250 for Pro/1, and $250 for Women Pro-1/2).

LEADER/WINNER

The Yellow Jersey is awarded to the Omnium leader and winner. The rider who wins on Saturday will be required to wear the jersey on Sunday for a special roll-up prior to the start of the race (but doesn’t have to wear the jersey during the race).

All prizes (cash and premes) will be distributed behind the main stage, near the start/finish line. All cash prizes will be available ONLY AFTER Official Results are posted and approved by the Chief Referee. Top 3 Masters/ Amateur racers and Top 5 Men’s/Women’s Pros MUST report to the main stage immediately following the conclusion of their race for interviews. Masters Awards Ceremony will take place immediately following the Men’s Cat 2/3 race, followed by the Men’s Cat 2/3 Awards Ceremony. The Women’s Awards Ceremony will take place immediately following the Men’s Pro/1 race, followed by the Men’s Pro/1 Awards Ceremony. You MUST participate in the awards ceremony to receive your awards. Those not reporting to the stage within 5 minutes of the conclusion of their race will forfeit their prizes.
