EKH is one of the fastest growing companies in the Middle East, with total assets of USD 1,751 million. The company has a diversified portfolio of investments in the Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Insurance and Transport sectors. EKH has consistently delivered value to its shareholders achieving an impressive average return on equity of more than 20% every year for the last five years.

OUR INVESTMENT strategy Hands-On Investments Since its establishment, EKH has completed some of the most complex transactions in the region. It generally acquires majority stakes and takes management control in most of its investments. Strategic Partnerships The ability to secure strategic partnerships with key international players in each of the industries in which EKH invests has been at the core of its successful investment strategy. Developing New Strategies Using specific steps to develop and implement business plans, EKH follows a hands-on approach whereby it becomes heavily involved in the management process of portfolio companies under its umbrella.
Our Investment Process EKH’s well-developed investment process ensures the selection of the opportunities with the best potential to deliver optimum value. EKH has a highly structured approach to conduct due diligence and appraisal before submitting a proposal to the Investment Committee and Board of Directors for approval.
