Included below is a checklist referencing all documents necessary in order to have your application reviewed in a timely manner and have your immigration Form I-20 issued. Please note that incomplete applications may lead to processing delays.

High school/College Academic Transcripts with Diploma/Certificate of Completion English Proficiency Results o TOEFL o IELTS o iTEP o PTE o Duolingo Required Essay – 250+ words Explanation of any grades of C or lower
Form I-20 Checklist
Visa Conversation by Skype after acceptance to discuss next steps, answer questions, and prepare for arrival Hand Signed and Dated Intent to Enroll Form (Scanned) Copy of Passport (Scanned) Bank Statement matching most recent tuition and fees (Scanned) o Must be in English and prefer show in USD Complete CCP Online Application – Send Confirmation Page of CCP online application once submitted Acknowledgement of F-1 Status & Related Responsibilities (Hand Signed) Financial Support Document (Hand Signed)
