FREE Community Learning Courses Radian EST are working with Eastleigh College to offer our residents a variety of FREE community courses to help you gain new or improve your skills and confidence with your chosen subject All courses are FREE and there is NO entry criteria, just a willingness to learn and a commitment to complete the course.
FREE Training courses available:
Computers/IT—Basic skills through to more specialist areas. Level 2 First Aid—Learn how to deal with most common emergencies in the home.
Healthy Cooking to Your Budget—Clever recipes with maximum taste and minimal spend.
Intro to Makaton Sign Language—Learn basic signs through a
range of fun games and activities for young children with hearing difficulties. Basic Woodwork—develop some basic skills working with wood. Looking Good, Feel Great—boost your own confidence and beat negative body image. Stress Management—Tips and strategies to help combat stress and anxiety. ESOL—English for those with no or little English to primarily focus on speaking skills. Homework Hints—Let us help you, help your child with their English and Maths homework and explain modern methods of teaching.
