Pontic Technology is a U.S. technology development and licensing small business that has developed an innovative, low cost, no waste, water purification and sterilization technology.
Pontic Technology offers two high temperature water purification and sterilization systems (U.S. and foreign patent pending 15/249,097). Systems operate on electricity or natural gas. Both systems produce safe, germ-free drinking water (from 500-100,000 gallons per day GPD) no matter the level of biological contaminants in wells, aquifers, streams, rivers, lakes, sewage and any other fresh water delivery source.
Pontic Technology is an LLC, with two shareholders. One of whom is a (Veteran) U.S. Special Forces officer with 27 years’ service (active and reserves), including multiple combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq as a Special Forces team, company and battalion commander. He is the recipient of 30+ military awards including the Bronze Star.
Current system specifications for both electric and gas systems are: Dimensions: 27 x 15 x 18 inches Weight: Less than 50 pounds or 23kg. Operating Cost: Both systems whether powered by electricity or gas, operate at a cost significantly less than other comparable water treatment systems (specific costs can be calculated once GPD performance is known). Water Source: Any fresh water source including wells, aquifers, streams, rivers, lakes, sewage and any other fresh water delivery sources, no matter the level of biological contaminants. Length from source: Within 100 feet/30 meters (pumping straight up) or longer depending on slope of the inlet water from the source to system.
