2 Overview 2.1 Introduction INGSOFTWARE is a software development company based in Nis, Serbia with representative offices in Princeton, New Jersey, US. Combination of development based in Serbia and presence on the US market for a long period of time allows us to provide a high-quality service at cost-efficient rates. Our team consists of more than 40 people in both US and Serbia: programmers, designers and managers covering a wide area of expertise. We have more than 500 years of collective experience, some of our team members being in the IT business for more than 20 years. We are working since 2009 providing services worldwide and working with more than 50 clients on 100+ projects with different level of complexity and from different areas of business.
2.2 Our Services We are providing high-end software development services to our customers ranging from startups to multinational companies, coming from various industries. Web, by utilizing the new features provided by HTML5 and CSS3 coupled with JavaScript/jQuery and a number of popular frameworks (i.e. Bootstrap, HTML5 Boilerplate, AngularJS) we strive to follow contemporary trends. In order to meet the goals set by our clients, we employ modular coding methodologies, such as OOCSS / BEM / SMACSS and provide them with responsive web apps available across browsers and platforms. Mobile, we provide full-cycle custom development and UX/UI design of native iOS, Android and Windows Phone apps for you or your clients’ business goals. Our engineers and designers are always up-to-date with the latest operating systems’ versions, making sure that your application looks great. .Net, using .NET technologies like ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebAPI, WCF, Entity Framework, WPF, etc., we are creating powerful Enterprise solutions, Web-based and Windows-based applications. Java, we develop our applications using latest frameworks and technologies from Java world. Our specialists have competency in Spring, Java EE, Hibernate, as well as other proven open-source frameworks that include (but are not limited to): Vaadin, Tapestry 5, Thymeleaf etc. Databases, our database developers and programmers have deep knowledge and extensive hands-on experience gained through successful completion of multiple projects relying on following database engines: MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and PostgreSQL.
2.4 Engagement Models We are offering following engagement models to suit your needs.
Fixed Scope & Cost Time & Materials Full Time Programmers
We invoice differently depending upon the engagement model of your choice. Our typical terms are for payment in 10 business days from the submission of invoice. Invoices can be paid via wire, we’ll provide the appropriate instructions. We’re working on accepting credit card payments in the US during 2016 as well. We can discuss other options as required.

Fixed Scope & Cost Guaranteed fixed scope & cost for your project. Application testing and quality assurance included. Project management included. 30-day warranty guarantee period once your project is delivered.
You will need to provide detailed technical specification/project requirements. We offer our assistance in providing the instructions on a Time & Materials basis. For Fixed Scope & Cost engagements, we request 70% down at project start, 30% when we’ve completed development and deployed. 4/20/2016

Time & Materials Avoid detailed technical specifications / project requirements. Mitigate risk of unmatched expectations. Respond quicker to project changes. Project management included.
You will need to provide details for each task. We create detailed weekly reports so you can track the progress and expenses. Invoices are typically provided on bi-weekly basis with a 10 business days term. We offer a discount up to 10% for varying lengths of engagement.

Full Time Full time programmers working at least 40 hours per week. Highest level of control and flexibility. Fixed monthly cost per programmer. Lowest cost engagement model.
You will need to provide details for each task assigned to the full time programmers. This engagement model is available for the minimum engagement period of 3 months. Prices are based on the 40 hour week rate and total is lowered by 10% due to a long time engagement, and reduced by 11 working days per year due to holidays. Full time developers may be engaged on a monthly basis. Service fees are due before the start of each new month.
