Firm orders which are cancelled or changed while in process will be assessed a service charge up to 25% of the order in addition to the cost of the components already produced. If order requires any manufacturing change while in process, a new lead time will be quoted.

DECORATION SERVICES The minimum size for typesetting on most products is 6-point type. LEAD TIMES •
A lead time is the number of working days required to process and ship an order from Tea Forte. Lead-times begin after receipt and approval of an order by Tea Forte. Orders for decorated products are not approved until final artwork is received and approved by customer. Working days = Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Digital proof: 2 working days

Usually for orders of less than 500 units, 10 business days are required between the time the order is placed (with approved proof) and delivery of order.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS/DROP SHIPMENTS Tea Forte recognizes that in today’s business environment, suppliers are asked to provide shipping/fulfillment services for individual product orders to end-user recipients. A drop ship charge of $8 per address for shipping (flat fee for Continental US) will be applied for each drop ship location, where Tea Forte handles third party order fulfillment (example – shipping to individual end-user residential addresses). Drop shipment destinations are required at the time of order placement. An additional charge of $1.53 for handling will be added (adding 1 item in the box), then $0.30 for each additional item. Individual personalized drop shipments are available. Contact us for more information. EXPEDITE CHARGE Any requests for delivery in front of our standard lead times will incur an additional $50.00 net expedite charge. We reserve the right to decline expedite requests.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Tea Forte will not ship outside the US.
ARTWORK/LOGO PLACEMENT Logos may be given either a vertical or horizontal placement. Please indicate your preference for orientation when you submit your logo artwork LOGOS AND TRADEMARKS All decorated product with corporate logos or registered trademarks is shown only to illustrate logo reproduction capabilities. Merchandise bearing logos can be purchased only by the organization to which the logo or trademark belongs and only through authorized Tea Forté distributors.
Any order with a final destination outside of the US can ship to a freight forwarder in the US, but must include decorated product only. RETURNS Decorated merchandise may not be returned. Plain merchandise returns must be authorized in writing from Tea Forté and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All authorized returns must be made freight prepaid within 60 days of the original shipment. LOSS/DAMAGE CLAIMS

Claims for short shipments, damage or merchandise not received must be submitted within 30 days from date of shipment. Prices subject to change without notice.

Tea Forte will accept high resolution (300dpi minimum) artwork in .ai, .eps, .pdf, .jpeg, .tiff, .png formats.
Firm orders which are cancelled or changed while in process will be assessed a service charge up to 25% of the order in addition to the cost of the components already produced. If order requires any manufacturing change while in process, a new lead time will be quoted.

Note: Spot colors will be converted to CMYK.
Please note: any change may affect the original ship date.

Please convert all fonts to paths; do not send actual fonts.

DECORATION SERVICES The minimum size for typesetting on most products is 6-point type. LEAD TIMES •
A lead time is the number of working days required to process and ship an order from Tea Forte. Lead-times begin after receipt and approval of an order by Tea Forte. Orders for decorated products are not approved until final artwork is received and approved by customer. Working days = Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Usually for orders of less than 500 units, 10 business days are required between the time the order is placed (with approved proof) and delivery of order.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS/DROP SHIPMENTS Tea Forte recognizes that in today’s business environment, suppliers are asked to provide shipping/fulfillment services for individual product orders to end-user recipients. A drop ship charge of $8 per address for shipping (flat fee for Continental US) will be applied for each drop ship location, where Tea Forte handles third party order fulfillment (example – shipping to individual end-user residential addresses). Drop shipment destinations are required at the time of order placement. An additional charge of $1.53 for handling will be added (adding 1 item in the box), then $0.30 for each additional item. Individual personalized drop shipments are available. Contact us for more information. EXPEDITE CHARGE Any requests for delivery in front of our standard lead times will incur an additional $50.00 net expedite charge. We reserve the right to decline expedite requests.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Tea Forte will not ship outside the US.
ARTWORK/LOGO PLACEMENT Logos may be given either a vertical or horizontal placement. Please indicate your preference for orientation when you submit your logo artwork LOGOS AND TRADEMARKS All decorated product with corporate logos or registered trademarks is shown only to illustrate logo reproduction capabilities. Merchandise bearing logos can be purchased only by the organization to which the logo or trademark belongs and only through authorized Tea Forté distributors.
Any order with a final destination outside of the US can ship to a freight forwarder in the US, but must include decorated product only. RETURNS Decorated merchandise may not be returned. Plain merchandise returns must be authorized in writing from Tea Forté and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All authorized returns must be made freight prepaid within 60 days of the original shipment. LOSS/DAMAGE CLAIMS

Claims for short shipments, damage or merchandise not received must be submitted within 30 days from date of shipment. Prices subject to change without notice.
INCREASED ORDERS Increases to orders already received by Tea Forté will be treated as new orders and a new lead time with be quoted.
