Consent Agenda Item 7-j Recommendation is to authorize the District's Title III Department to initiate the renewal of Image Learning software through Image Learning, Inc. in the amount of $14,500.00. This software is used to address the individualized instructional needs for language and literacy for ELL students. This is a sole source purchase out of Title III funds.
